The Heart Hold

Recently, I watched a video by Robin Bilazarian, who specializes in using EFT for pain. She was using the Heart Hold. It's simple. place your hands, palms down over one another in the centre of your chest at heart level. I have used this as a sort of grounding exercise over the years, but I was surprised to discover that it was something that could comfort me and help me to stop a behaviour (eating). Sometimes a little help is all we need. the Heart Hold is also a great way to end a round of EFT tapping. Give it a try! This is a big week for Emotional Freedom Techniques! The 18th annual Tapping World Summit starts tomorrow. http://summit.tappingworldsummit.com A word of caution if you are new to EFT tapping. Tap along, and reap the benefits, BUT if you get overwhelmed, stop the video/audio and keep tapping until your nervous system calms down...maybe try the Heart Hold.

It might be that nothing will affect you that way, but I have been there done that and would have appreciated the warning. I am NOT affiliated with The Tapping Solution or the Tapping World Summit, and I won't be compensated in any way if you choose to attend. Here at Tap Together, you will find many more available hours to book your 1 Hour Free Consult. Sign the waiver and we can do some tapping about something that is causing you stress, and find out if we are a good fit for each other before you sign up for Tapping Circles or Personal Sessions. There's also Tap Talk on Twitch TV. Not many followers yet, but I am committed to showing up for all of 2026 to see if there is an audience for EFT on Twitch. I've also added a one time use package so that you can try group tapping. The Try Group Tapping plan gives you 4 tapping circles of your choice for only $40+applicable taxes.

I am insured in Canada, so even though it's online, Canadian residents only for all of my services. All others, join me over on Twitch!
